Coaching and mentoring your site engineer, we will offer technical advice and work with them to help them solve problems or address professional challenges. We will visit them on site regularly and provide telephone and email support when they need it.
If you don’t already have them in place, we will work with you to develop written procedures and policies for all your setting out activities including allocation of duties and responsibilities, equipment care and maintenance, and maintenance of control points. We can also assist with any other aspect of QA on site.
